• Math begins with whole group instruction. Each student has their own math workbook (big book) that we work through. Once we finish our whole group instruction we move into rotations. Students will move around the room practicing the skill in different ways. At my teacher table students will participate in guided math activities to practice the skill in a new way. The next station students will use technology to enhance math skills overall or standard specific. The next station students will create crafts or do workbook activities to further practice the skill. Finally students move to the kinestetic station and practice math with hands on activities.  Each week students will complete a daily review of past skills and a short quiz on fridays.
