    Gifted and Talented at Highland

Like any field, the field of gifted and talented is always growing and changing with new discoveries and insights into the identification and education of gifted children.  Highland School District currently provides academic programming to meet the needs of gifted students at the Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.  These programs are embedded in curriculum and instruction during the school day, as well as in extra-curricular activities that are offered during lunch, and before and after school.
