Student Data Collected and Maintained

In addition to the data collected by the Colorado Department of Education, Weld County School District RE-9 also collects and maintains Student Identifiable Information (PII) on the following. Weld County School District RE-9 uses PII for the following:

Improving classroom instructional time

To comply with State and Federal requirements

Accountability purposes

The Board is committed to providing a safe learning and work environment where all members of the school community are treated with dignity and respect. The schools in the district are subject to all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability, race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, national origin, religion, ancestry or need for special education services.
