Ms. Stearns

This is my first year at Highland High School and my first year as a teacher! I am so excited to begin my teaching experiences here and I hope to learn just as much from my students as they will learn from me. I just graduated from Colorado State University in the Spring of 2020 with a double major in History Education and Business and a minor in Legal Studies. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, writing, all things Harry Potter, and spending time with my friends -as well as my roommates 3.5 cats (2 of her 4 cats are missing a back leg!). Social Studies is something I am very passionate about, especially U.S. History and I can't wait to share that passion with my students and help them grow, both in their knowledge and as people.
