Kevin Hathcoat

Hello! My name is Kevin Hathcoat and I'm proud to be teaching sciences here at Highland! I am a born and raised Coloradoan from the countryside of Pierce. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with my bachelors in biology and certification in secondary education.

My education career began at Colorado Early colleges as a middle and high school science teacher, from 2019-2023. I then moved over to Highland after I heard about an opening in the science department.

I was recently married to my beautiful wife in July of 2022 and enjoy outdoor sports, (pickleball, volleyball, baseball), and nerdy card games/board games.
