• Substitute for Weld Re-9!

    Substitutes are tasked with filling in for teachers and other staff members as needed and working directly with students.

    Interested parties must fill out hiring paperwork before being added to our substitute list and certified substitutes must have a license from the Colorado Department of Education. Classified substitutes do not need a license from CDE.

    Substitute pay is $132/day

    Substitutes Can Earn $300 beginning July 1, 2023

    Substitutes will need to complete a free, online Substitute Bootcamp and substitute for one day at a school district to be eligible. 

    Eligibility: Existing substitutes who received their substitute authorization on or after 3/1/2020, Retired teachers (not on contract) who began substitute teaching on or after 3/1/2020, New substitute teachers who became authorized and began substitute teaching on or after 3/1/2020.
